Note: This Sampson-Matthews serigraph was created after the 1925 canvas, which was purchased by the National Gallery of Canada in 1927 (Accession #3529). Gagnon additionally created a gouache of the scene in 1931. This iconic image was later issued on a Canadian stamp, by the Government of Canada, for the 1974 Christmas season.
