Note: Two Gun lived his entire life in southern Alberta. He attended St. Mary’s Residential School on the Kainai
Reserve and was later active in rodeos and ranching. Two Gun did not receive formal art training until the age of 50, producing all his works later in life. He was the first Kainai (Blood) to make a living as an artist.
