Provenance: This painting was gifted from Dale Auger to Dr. Peggy Ward, a friend and colleague of the artist, in appreciation for her assistance with his thesis. Dr. Ward’s family had a long-standing personal connection with the artist, and when she died, the work passed by descent to the consignor.
