Provenance: This painting was purchased circa 2000 by the original owner while on a hunting trip in Saskatchewan. His Cree hunting guide, believed to be a family member of the artist, facilitated a meeting with Allen Sapp and the painting was purchased directly from him in North Battleford. The piece has passed by descent to family.
