If you’ve successfully bid on an item in one of our auctions, you can pick-up from our location at 4115-7005 Fairmount Dr. SE in the week after the auction ends. If you need shipping or delivery, we are happy to assist in recommending a trusted art shipper.
Picking Up Your Purchases
If you’ve successfully bid on an item in one of our auctions, you can pick-up from our location
at 4115-7005 Fairmount Dr. SE in the week after the auction ends.
Please note that payment must be received before we will release your item.
We encourage you to call or email us if you have a preferred date and time to visit. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you. Please ensure that you have your identification available to show us at pick-up.
Pick-Up Deadlines
Every Hodgin’s Auction outlines the pick-up deadline for sold lots on the bidding page. If you have won an item in one of our auctions, please ensure you refer to these deadlines to avoid incurring storage fees.
Items left beyond our pick-up deadline will be moved to long term storage, at an additional fee, and will require 24 hours notice to pick up.
Storage charges will apply without exception.
Picking Up For Someone Else?
In order to have someone other than the purchaser pick up an item from a Hodgin’s Auction sale, we must receive express permission from the buyer to release their purchase.
Please contact us via phone or email to provide the first and last name of the person who will pick-up on your behalf. We are unable to authorize the release any purchase from anyone other than the buyer if we have not received permission

Hodgin’s Art Auctions does not provide packing or shipping services in-house.
